I recently had a mead that was not as clear as I would have liked.  Not wanting to wait for it to clear out with age, I added a clarifier.  I used Super Kleer KC.  Within 12 hours there was a noticable difference, within 24 hours there was a dramatic difference, and within 48 hrs  it was crystal clear.  I sampled the mead and could not detect any off flavors from the clarifier.  

         So far, I give this product 2 thumbs up.  Easy to use and good results.
