I'm looking for someone in the area that can convert my Keg into a Hot Liquor Tank.  I need the top cut of and a ball valve and Thermometer installed.  I don't have the tools or expertise, and would just assume pay someone who has done it before and knows what they are doing.

Perhaps check with a trade school/community college to see if they could have a student/class do it for a project?  If they can do it, they may just charge you for materials.
