No Fizz  (United States)

Just finished my second kit second stage and 21 day bottle finish period - a little sed in the bottom but no real carbonation.  Inverting the bottles to check for a bad seal doesn't reveal any leakage....just wait it out or what? Tastes good but flat.

Bob,

I don't remember what style your 2nd kit was; and, did you use priming sugar when bottling? or priming tabs?

run, bike, rehydrate; repeat as necessary.

What temp are you storing them at?  If they are in a somewhat cool spot, try moving them to a warmer room and letting them sit for a week or so.  I had the same problem once and this did the trick.

It takes beer to make thirst worthwhile.

Re: No Fizz  (United States)

Bob: You need to get those beers, all of them, out to my house soon as possible.

I still may be able to fix them. By the time I get the last one empty, I will have a good diagnosis of the problem to report back.

you don't want this problen to occur in your next batch.

Hope I can help. :oP
