Hello everyone.  My name is Bill.  I'm not really new to the MUGZ forum, but I am probably unknown to most of you.

I started brewing in 1994 when I used to get my supplies at Koski's, pre-Bent River days.  I spoke with Tim a couple of weeks ago.

I got Best of Show and Best of Style at the Members Only LOMW competition in 1997.  For my "prize" I got to brew 250 gallons at the Blue Cat Pub.  That was just weeks before moving to NC.

After about 2 years in NC we moved to Germany for 5 years where I set about a goal of extension research drinking beers in hundreds of gasthauses and a couple dozen countries.  This was my second time living there.  My first time in Germany was in 1975 (for 4 years)where I began my lifelong love affair with Hefe Weizens, which IMO is the best beer in the world.

I also frequent Somthings Brewn in Galesburg and have shared a number of brews with Mary and Jim.  We actually had some of my Lemonade Mead and a Hoppy Pale Ale this past weekend.

Are there any members left from the 90s who remember Tim getting bit by his dog during a brewing session/party at his house?
