All Grain to Extract  (United States)

Can anyone help me convert this all grain recipe to extract? Holiday Spice Ale

5.5 lbs Pale Malt, 1 lb Beligan Aromatic, 1 lb Honey Malt

Adjuncts: 1 lb Honey, 1/8th lb Molasses

Bittering Hops: 1.5 oz Fuggle (60 min)

Flavor Hops: .5 oz Fuggle (10 min)

Yeast: Wyeast 1028 London Ale

Extras: 2 tablespoons ground allspice, added to the last 10 min of the boil.

 The recipe remains the same except for the Pale malt.  It's potential extract is 36 points per pound per gallon.  At an extract efficiency of 70%, you will get roughly 140 points of gravity.  Dried Malt Extract has an extract efficiency of 46 points per pound per gallon.  Havin g already been mashed, your extract efficiency will be 100%.  3 lbs of DME at 46ppg will give you the necessary gravity points.  Again, roughly 140.

You'll need to steep the Aromatic and the Honey malt.  The rest of the ingredients can be used as normal.
